Co-Occurring Disorders and Dual Diagnosis

Most clients present with problems that include both chemical dependency and emotional or psychiatric challenges. Often they have self-medicated for depression, acute anxiety, bi-polar disorders or unresolved issues from their past. Consequently, successful treatment begins with a thorough evaluation of the client's psychological, physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Appropriate support for these issues is then structured accordingly into each client's schedule, and treatment plan.

Many programs treat only the symptoms of addiction. By focusing on the roots of the individual client’s disorders, our trained practitioners identify and address the core patterns that have caused continual return to self-destructive behaviors.
A goal-oriented treatment schedule is customized around each client’s needs and goals in drug recovery center.

Therapeutic approaches may include:

Intensive 1-1 Therapy, Stress Management Coaching, Boundary work, Individual Psychiatric sessions (if needed) , Educational videos, Spirituality Counseling, Nutritional Consultation, Recreational and Art Therapy, Personal Trainer, Yoga, Tai chi, Acupuncture, Sober Coaching, Community meetings and 12-Step recovery (optional).
